Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, sales presentations, and negotiating contracts to expand the company’s customer base.
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities in FM Industry, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, sales presentations, and negotiating contracts to expand the company’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Sales:
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Convert leads into long-term business relationships.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Address client concerns and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
3. Market Research & Strategy:
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
Develop strategies to position the company’s products or services competitively.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
4. Sales & Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing with clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and lead generation efforts.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
Use CRM tools to track and manage sales pipeline.
Qualifications & Requirements: Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Experience in [Specify industry, e.g., IT, Real Estate, FMCG, Manufacturing] is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
Certifications (Preferred):
Sales or Business Development Certification.
Digital Marketing Certification (if relevant).
