Job Role: MEP Supervisor
- Supervision & Installation – Oversee MEP system installations, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
- Quality Control – Inspect work quality, identify issues, and ensure compliance with industry codes.
- Scheduling & Coordination – Manage work schedules, resources, and coordinate with contractors and engineers.
- Safety Management – Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshooting – Resolve MEP system issues and collaborate with engineers for solutions.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain project records, submit progress reports, and highlight risks.
- Material & Equipment Management – Oversee procurement, storage, and proper use of materials.
- Collaboration & Communication – Liaise between management, site workers, and other teams.
- Commissioning & Testing – Supervise system testing to ensure functionality before handover.
- Training & Development – Guide junior staff and enhance team skills.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Ability to read MEP drawings & BOQs
- Expertise in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance
- Understanding of local codes & standards (DEWA, ADDC, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense)
- Leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
3+ years GCC experience in MEP supervision (construction, facilities management, or real estate projects preferred)
Age below 45
