General Foreman -Civil / MEP
· Supervise and manage on-site Civil & MEP installation and construction teams, ensuring safety and technical compliance.
· Coordinate MEP subcontractors and vendors for timely task execution.
· Monitor daily work activities for adherence to safety standards, quality control, and regulations.
· Liaise with project managers, engineers, and supervisors for MEP integration with other project disciplines.
· Maintain quality, efficiency, and adherence to budgets and project schedules.
· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving MEP-related technical issues.
· Enforce safety protocols, especially for electrical systems, machinery, and heavy equipment.
· Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks coordinate with the labours and assist in their job
·Need to good in communication within English, Hindi & Arabic is advantage
· Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
· Maintain accurate records of labour, materials, and progress.
Education: Secondary School/Diploma Certificate
Experience : 3 Years
