Position: MEP SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
- Supervision and Coordination – Oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities within the park, ensuring alignment with project plans and schedules. Manage and supervise MEP technicians and subcontractors to maintain quality and timely completion of tasks.
- Quality Control and Inspection – Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations and maintenance work to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and safety regulations. Identify and rectify defects or non-conformities promptly to uphold quality standards.
- Planning and Scheduling – Develop and maintain detailed work schedules for MEP activities, coordinating with other departments and contractors to minimize disruptions. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Safety and Compliance – Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all MEP operations. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working practices among the team.
- Documentation and Reporting – Maintain comprehensive records of work performed, inspections, and incidents. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project management and stakeholders.
- Resource Management – Oversee the procurement and inventory of MEP materials, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and prevent delays. Manage team assignments and labor resources efficiently.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving – Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex MEP issues encountered during installation or maintenance. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and consultants as needed for specialized support.
- Continuous Improvement – Recommend and implement improvements in MEP processes and practices to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality. Stay updated on industry standards, technologies, and best practices relevant to MEP systems.
