Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Interim Valuations and Payments
- Variation and Change Management
- Cost Reporting and Forecasting
- Claims and Dispute Resolution
- Final Account Settlement
- Responsible for all detailing of the contract documents (specifications & BOQ) to report to the Project Manager.
- Receive the documents and study well to understand the scope of works.
- Prepare invoices for submission for payments.
- Prepare variations for submission.
- Attend all types of claims.
- Keep constant liaison with the site personnel to ensure the smooth financial conduct of the project.
- Attend all meetings with relevant details for the attention of the management.
- Resolve any outstanding financial disputes to achieve final financial closure.
Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
- Must have MEP contracting company experience
- Must have UAE/GCC experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
