A one stop shop for all contracting & fit out services , based in Dubai.
Job Description:
– Manage all commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of MEP packages from estimation to final account settlement.
– Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and evaluate supplier/subcontractor bids.
– Monitor project budgets, variations, claims, payments, and cost control activities.
– Support value engineering, risk management, procurement, and project reporting functions.
