RCM Specialist with Resubmission Experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive RCM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in revenue cycle management, particularly in resubmission processes. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, problem-solving, and ensuring accurate submission of claims in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full revenue cycle process, with a strong emphasis on resubmissions and appeals.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any issues promptly.
Prepare and send official emails to clients and internal teams regarding claims status, resubmissions, and inquiries.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and generate reports for performance tracking.
Employ critical thinking to identify and resolve issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth process for our clients.
Collaborate closely with team members to share insights and best practices for effective problem resolution.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare system in the UAE to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes for clients.
Drive independently to client locations as required, ensuring timely visits and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Revenue Cycle Management, particularly with resubmission of claims.
Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise official emails.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving issues independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with the healthcare system in the UAE, including regulations and practices.
Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues and clients.
Valid driving license and the ability to drive to client locations as needed.
