We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual tojoin our teamas aProject Engineer/MEP Engineerfor our Group. As a Real Estate Development and Real Estate Management company, we valueprofessionalism,strongcommunicationskills, and a high level ofattention to detail.
Qualifications:
Electrical/Mechanical Engineer
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of the Arabic language is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of previous experience in contracting and building consultancy in UAE is required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
Ability to review all drawings related to construction and fit-out works.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level ofprofessionalismand integrity.
Strongattention to detailand accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferably located in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Designing and overseeing the construction of projects from start to finish.
Preparing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Preparing and reviewing Load Schedules.
Reviewing heat load calculations (HAP Outputs) and ESP calculations and associated selections.
Reviewing Hydraulic Head calculations.
Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
Coordinating with in-house Technical Site Team for all the Projects of the Group.
Providing technical guidance and support to project teams.
Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise at the site as well as in the documentation.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget.
Performingquality controlinspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Keepingup-to-datewith industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Handling of authorities like DEWA, DCD, DM, and all local authorities.
