Job Description
Develop and manage procurement strategies for MEP systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
Conduct detailed market analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, fostering strong supplier relationships.
Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring clarity in technical specifications and commercial terms.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers, aiming for the best value while maintaining quality standards and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand specific procurement needs and technical requirements.
Analyze supplier performance metrics, implementing improvements based on feedback and delivery outcomes.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for reporting and auditing purposes.
Monitor procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues swiftly and effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MEP technologies to enhance procurement strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a strong foundation in MEP systems.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the MEP or construction industry.
Experience with procurement software and tools, enhancing efficiency in supply chain management.
Strong negotiation skills demonstrated through successful contract management and cost-saving initiatives.
