A leading group of companies in Qatar is seeking an experienced MEP Maintenance Manager to lead and expand our MEP Maintenance Division.
Requirements:
- Must have the experience of running division independently.
- Available in Doha for a face-to-face interview
- Should be on a transferable visa with NOC
- Should have a valid Driving license
- Must have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in MEP in Qatar
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of MEP maintenance experience in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and facility management
- Familiarity with Qatar regulations and building codes, computer skills including excel, word, outlook and AUTOCAD.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete MEP maintenance operations for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) programs
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair work with technicians and subcontractors
- Prepare project cost estimates, quotations, and technical reports
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure work is completed to the highest standards
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments
- Monitor maintenance budgets and control operational costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Drive business growth by acquiring new maintenance contracts and clients
