Title: MEP Estimator

Location: Doha, Doha, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support the successful delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review commercial submissions, including BOQ pricing and detailed rate analysis.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify cost risks and discrepancies.
- Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate material and subcontractor quotations.
- Develop competitive cost estimates while identifying value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assess project cost risks, contingencies, and allowances.
- Prepare cost comparison reports, variance analysis, and management summaries.
- Ensure all estimation records, rate analysis, and correspondence are properly documented and archived for future reference.
- Participate in internal review meetings to align project costing with strategic pricing decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 7–10 years of proven experience in MEP estimation, tendering, and budgeting for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience estimating complete MEP works for commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure developments.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in BOQ analysis, cost estimation, and rate build-up.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, cost estimation software, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Sound knowledge of tendering procedures, contract conditions, and project documentation (FIDIC knowledge is an advantage).
