MEP Engineer Required | MEP Engineer
We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team, with strong practical experience in
Electrical & Plumbing works for villas and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage MEP works on-site.
• Monitor electrical and plumbing works and ensure execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate site teams, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, quantities, and material requirements.
• Prepare and review MEP quotations and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project disciplines.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Ensure quality standards and project schedules are maintained.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in villa and residential projects.
• Strong experience in Electrical & Plumbing works.
• Experience in pricing, quantity take-off, and cost estimation.
• Strong site management and supervision experience.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Previous experience in the Qatar market is preferred.
