MEP Engineer – Fit-out Jobs in Dubai at Expedite Pro Documents Services
Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct site surveys and inspections.
* Prepare HVAC designs, drawings, and drafting using AutoCAD.
* Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial proposals/tenders.
* Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
* Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, fire alarm, CCTV, and other MEP systems.
* Manage MEP fit-out works for high-end malls, commercial buildings, and towers.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
* Handle authority approvals and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
* Monitor project progress and provide technical support throughout project execution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum *3 years of UAE experience* in MEP Fit-Out projects.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC design and drafting.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP design software.
* Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, and tender submissions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Good command of English; Hindi is an advantage.
* Candidates currently in the UAE and available to join immediately are preferred.
