About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market‑leading organization delivering cutting‑edge projects across residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, project execution experience, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for high‑rise buildings and large‑scale projects.
- Review and approve MEP drawings, technical submittals, and materials in coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Monitor and manage MEP work schedules, budgets, and progress reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP‑related technical issues during construction.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, DEWA, DM, and other authority requirements.
- Lead commissioning, testing, and handover of MEP systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 5+ years of MEP experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of international and UAE codes (ASHRAE, DEWA, DM, etc.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other design software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- UAE Driving License (preferred).
