MEP Engineer – Landscape, Swimming Pool & Water Features
Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with strong knowledge of landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, and water feature MEP systems. The candidate will be responsible for MEP design, coordination, site execution, testing, and handover.
Key ResponsibilitiesMEP Design & Coordination
- Prepare and review MEP drawings, designs, and technical documents for landscape, swimming pool, and water feature projects.
- Design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and drainage systems.
- Design and coordinate pool pumps, filtration systems, piping, drainage, and equipment.
- Prepare MEP requirements for fountains, waterfalls, ponds, and other water features.
- Coordinate MEP works with landscape, structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
Site Execution
- Monitor MEP installation works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Subcontractors, and site teams.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.
- Support testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Documentation
- Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, method statements, and technical reports.
- Assist with BOQs, material selection, and technical evaluations.
- Maintain records of approvals, inspections, and project documents.
- Ensure MEP works comply with project requirements and UAE standards.
Pool & Water Feature Systems
- Coordinate pumps, filtration systems, piping, nozzles, lighting, control systems, and drainage.
- Review equipment selection and ensure compatibility with project requirements.
- Troubleshoot MEP issues during installation and operation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an MEP Engineer.
- Strong experience in landscaping, swimming pools, water features, and related MEP works.
- Good knowledge of pool MEP systems, filtration, pumps, drainage, and electrical coordination.
- Experience with fountains, waterfalls, ponds, and water features is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP design software.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination, communication, problem-solving, and site management skills.
- Knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: AED2,665.76 – AED10,984.11 per month
