Responsible for design of MEP / containment works in conformance to applicable industry standards and regulations. Accountable forQuality AssuranceandQuality Controlfor materials and projects under MEP.
2. Containment Quantity Survey & Cost Evaluation Deliverable
Accountable for Quantity survey & coordinating for quotes from reliable suppliers and qualified sub-contractors in the market under MEP; estimation and cost evaluation related to civil & containment works under MEP. Analyze and recommend cost-effective and cost-saving measures related to Security MEP works.
3.Project Management& Reports
Effective monitoring, control, and close-out of all Security Civil and MEP works. Reporting to LINE Manager on the status of all ongoing projects as required. Handle all issues providing solutions to MEP works.
Responsible for developing a database and managing suppliers and subcontractors under MEP.
5. Special Projects and QAQC
As and when assigned by the LINE Manager.
