Job Title: CAD Draftsman (Architecture + Structural)
Job Type: Full-time
Duties & Responsibilities:
Must have experience in preparing shop drawings using AutoCAD for Architecture & Structural disciplines.
Proficient in developing block work drawings with precision and accuracy.
Skilled in creating architectural general arrangements (GAs), structural general arrangements (GAs), etc.
Ability to coordinate effectively with other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare layout drawings, sections, and elevations as per project requirements.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct site visits when required and assist in monitoring project progress.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in CAD drafting for Architecture & Structural projects.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD (Required).
Availability: Candidates immediately available will be preferred.
Visa Status: Preference will be given to candidates with their own visa.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
