Position Overview – PPC Specialist (Paid Media)

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization, with a focus on the UAE e-commerce market (fashion and home décor).

This role requires a data-driven strategist who can execute high-performing PPC and paid media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and continuously optimize for maximum ROI and conversion rates. Candidates be ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities1. PPC & Paid Media Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and manage high-converting PPC campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to maximize ad effectiveness.
Implement A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Leverage remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audiences to improve conversions.

2. Paid Social & Display Advertising

Develop and execute paid social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Optimize display and video ads for performance and engagement.
Align paid media strategies with brand objectives and customer journey mapping.

3. Budget Management & Optimization

Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Provide monthly forecasts and budget recommendations based on campaign performance.
Continuously adjust spending based on real-time performance data and business objectives.

4. Performance Tracking & Data Analytics

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform policy changes.

5. Creative & Ad Copy Optimization

Develop compelling ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Ensure ad content is aligned with seasonal trends and UAE market preferences.
Optimize creatives based on campaign performance insights.

6. Audience & Market Research

Conduct in-depth research on target audiences, competitor strategies, and market trends in the fashion and home décor industry.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and creative strategies.

7. Compliance & Best Practices

Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies and UAE advertising regulations.
Stay informed on privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and industry best practices.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in PPC and paid media advertising.
Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns with strong ROI and lead generation results.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Snapchat Ads.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience in SEO, SEM, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
Ability to use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator for creative development.

Soft Skills:

Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous optimization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
Creative thinker who can develop engaging ad content.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
