We are looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Account Manager at Epoch AI, you will be the main point of contact for clients, handling their requests and ensuring their satisfaction. You will play a key role in promoting and selling ERP solutions, with a particular focus on Odoo. Your expertise in upselling and your deep understanding of ERP systems will be crucial in maximizing client value and growing the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring all their inquiries and requests are handled efficiently.
Promote and sell ERP solutions, particularly Odoo, to businesses in need of digital transformation.
Identify upsell opportunities, working closely with clients to understand their needs and offering relevant solutions to increase sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of ERP solutions.
Provide regular reports to management on client interactions, sales performance, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role, particularly in the tech or ERP industry.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, with specific knowledge of Odoo being a significant advantage.
Expertise in upselling and identifying opportunities for clients to benefit from additional products or services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
A degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
