Role: MEP Draftsman – Interior Design & Fit-Out
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong AutoCAD expertise in MEP works and hands-on experience with commercial interior and fit-out projects, including electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and FLS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate MEP drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD
- Coordinate with Interior Design and Project teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and local authority standards (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.)
- Assist in preparing load schedules, heat load calculations, lighting (lux) calculations, single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings
- Revise drawings as required to support site execution teams
- Ensure drawings meet project timelines and drafting standards
- Maintain organized drawing documentation
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in;
· Mechanical Engineering
· Electrical Engineering
· Civil Engineering
· Or a related discipline
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in an established interior fit-out company in similar role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for MEP works
- Good knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems for commercial projects
- Ability to read and interpret MEP and electrical drawings
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
