We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of MEP Drafting & Coordination Team in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings in accordance with project specifications.
- Develop electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting layouts for execution.
- Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural disciplines.
- Generate accurate as-built drawings for project handover.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts using BIM tools.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Review site feedback and update drawings accordingly.
- Mentor junior drafting staff and maintain drafting standards.

Work Experience Requirements
Junior Draftsmen roles require 2–3 years of relevant MEP drafting experience. Senior MEP Coordination Draftsman/Coordinator requires 4–7 years of experience in multidisciplinary MEP coordination, BIM workflows, and clash detection. GCC project exposure is strongly preferred.
Education
- Minimum:
Technical Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Drafting or relevant Engineering Degree - Preferred:
Engineering Degree - Additional: BIM/Revit Certifications
