The role
Looking for an MEP Director leading MEP delivery on an arena, stadium or mixed-use development project in Saudi Arabia. You will own the technical and commercial delivery of complex MEP systems from design coordination through to handover.
What we're looking for
- 15 to 20 years' MEP experience, with recent years at Director or senior delivery leadership level
- Proven track record leading MEP delivery on stadium, arena, or large-scale mixed-use projects
- Strong command of complex MEP systems across mechanical, electrical, and public health disciplines
- Experience managing MEP subcontractors and design coordination through to project completion
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, giga-project environment
