Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordinator to lead and oversee all MEP activities for our project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the MEP works, ensuring the successful execution of projects, coordinating between teams, clients, and subcontractors, and overseeing the overall quality and efficiency of all MEP operations. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the MEP division, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all MEP design and project requirements are met.
- Ensure all MEP projects are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular reporting, and resolve any technical issues or challenges related to MEP systems.
- Implement and enforce safety standards and procedures on all MEP-related work sites.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate potential project risks.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and industry standards in the MEP field.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and clients on MEP project progress, performance, and results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, construction field .
- Proven experience in managing MEP projects , with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design, installation, and maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Strong project management abilities, scheduling, and resource management.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with other divisions, contractors, and external partners.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
