Infinity creation Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency in construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Assess contractual issues related to construction.
Monitor project progress and manage cost variations.
Work closely with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure cost efficiency.
Prepare valuations, claims, and final accounts.
Ensure adherence to building regulations and legal requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and contract management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant QS software.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Swimming pool and landscape experience is an added advantage
