Looking for MEP Chargehand (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Direct daily activities for a crew of technicians, plumbers, electricians, and pipefitters.
- Drawing Compliance: Ensure all installations strictly follow approved layout drawings, technical specifications, and standards.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily manpower output, material utilization, and task completion rates.
- Cross-Trade Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with civil and finishing work crews to prevent site conflicts and delays.
- Safety Adherence: Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules, running dynamic safe plans of action on-site.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose basic site-level technical faults or installation bottlenecks and report resolutions upward.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on site experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing services within construction projects.
