Responsibilities
– Contact potential or existing clients to provide information on properties or new projects.
– Address inquiries about properties, new projects, or the company.
– Pose relevant questions to comprehend customer needs and transform general leads into potential opportunities.
– Guide potential leads to the sales agents’ team.
– Maintain detailed records of calls and sales, noting valuable information for customer profiling.
– Work diligently to convert company-assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales.
Qualifications:
– Familiarity with the UAE property market and the ability to learn about and explain new projects to prospects.
– Proficiency in MS Office and telephone systems.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
– Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
