Role Description
This is a remote role for a Member of the Board of Advisors. The individual will be responsible for leveraging their expertise to provide strategic guidance and advice to the firm's management team. Key responsibilities include participating in board meetings, offering insights on strategic decisions, assisting in capital markets and fundraising activities, Collaboration with senior management will be essential to drive growth and optimize the company's strategic direction.
Qualifications
Fundraising and Capital Markets experience
Previous connections & existing connections with investors for deals
Previous experience serving on a board of advisors is a plus
