We’re looking for a passionate Member Experience Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help drive member retention at Fitn Glam.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members with professionalism and care
- Handle account queries, scheduling, and service requests promptly
- Build strong relationships through in‑club, phone, and email outreach
- Recommend programs, products, and services tailored to member needs
- Gather feedback to improve the member journey and elevate service culture
- Support retail shop operations and ensure club cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with fitness and membership teams to maximize engagement
What we’re looking for:
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to anticipate member needs and provide solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Knowledge of fitness programs and services is a plus
