Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Medical Specialist to work on a Contractor basis. In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to contribute high-quality, real-world medical input that trains and evaluates next-generation AI systems. Your domain knowledge will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform across healthcare applications. This is a unique opportunity to merge medical practice with AI innovation while maintaining full flexibility from any location worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply advanced clinical diagnosis and treatment planning across diverse medical scenarios to generate accurate training data for AI models.
• Contribute to the design and evaluation of conversational agent workflows, ensuring medical accuracy, clinical relevance, and patient safety in AI-driven interactions.
• Interpret diagnostic data, including lab results and imaging findings, and integrate findings into robust, patient-centric care pathways for model training.
• Develop comprehensive health assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations in nutrition, dietetics, and pharmacology to inform AI reasoning.
• Review and assess AI-generated medical responses and workflows for clinical validity, identifying gaps or risks in reasoning and treatment planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Active clinical experience in medical diagnosis, treatment planning, or patient care management within a licensed healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, diagnostic interpretation, health assessment methodologies, and nutrition/dietetics principles.
• Familiarity with human anatomy, physiology, immunology, and medical genetics to support accurate model training and evaluation.
• Ability to analyze complex medical information and communicate clinical insights clearly and consistently for AI model development.
• No prior experience in AI or machine learning is required — your domain medical expertise is the primary qualification.
