Role Description The Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for leading and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and coaching sales representatives, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies. The role involves managing key customer relationships, supporting healthcare providers with product information, and coordinating with clinical and technical teams to deliver high-quality service. The Sales Supervisor will prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and contribute to pricing and promotion decisions. The role also includes organizing training sessions for the sales team, participating in industry events, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management and leadership skills, with experience supervising and developing sales teams.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, assess market opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Experience in Training, including delivering product and sales training to team members and partners.
- Previous sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; fluency in English required, Arabic is an asset.
