Crew/Commi Chef (Poke Concept)
Position: Crew or Commi Chef
Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble ingredients for Poke bowls with attention to quality and presentation
Ensure food preparation and kitchen cleanliness comply with health and safety standards
Assist senior chefs in the kitchen during peak hours
Requirements:
Prior experience working in a Poke concept or Sushi kitchen is required.
Strong knowledge of poke ingredients and presentation techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
Immediate availability preferred.
