Are you passionate about advancing healthcare and making a difference in new born screening? Biosytech is seeking a Technician with expertise in LCMS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) and ELISA to join our team. You’ll play a key role in providing vital diagnostic services to support early detection and treatment of metabolic disorders in new born.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct LCMS analysis for new born screening to detect metabolic and genetic disorders.
Process samples using ELISA/Enzyme Immunoassay techniques to detect congenital metabolic disorders
Run samples using HPLC method for detecting hemoglobinopathies
Prepare and process samples, ensuring high-quality results
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot LCMS instruments and related lab equipment
Interpret data and collaborate with biochemists and pathologists
Adhere to lab safety and quality control protocols
What We’re Looking For:
Degree or certification in Biochemistry, Laboratory Technologist, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
Hands-on experience with LCMS or other mass spectrometry techniques
Strong understanding of biochemistry and newborn screening processes
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
