Medical Lab Technologist(Molecular) Jobs in Dubai at Alpha Medical Laboratory
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development & Technical Support:
Lead the development and optimization of aluminum façade systems, curtain walls, doors, and windows.
Provide technical expertise to clients, sales teams, and project stakeholders.
Ensure product compliance with international and local industry standards.
Assist in the customization of aluminum systems for specific project requirements.
2. Project Design & Engineering:
Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and structural calculations.
Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure proper system selection and implementation.
Assist in project planning, ensuring technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and recommend technical solutions.
3. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Ensure all aluminum systems meet safety, performance, and sustainability standards.
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality control during fabrication and installation.
Implement and maintain best practices for testing and performance validation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory codes, such as EN, ASTM, BS, and local building codes.
4. R&D and Innovation:
Research and implement new technologies in aluminum façade systems.
Work with suppliers and R&D teams to improve product performance and efficiency.
Analyze market trends and recommend enhancements to existing products.
5. Team Leadership & Training:
Lead and mentor the technical team, ensuring continuous learning and development.
Conduct training sessions for internal teams, clients, and partners on aluminum systems and installation techniques.
Coordinate with production and installation teams for seamless execution.
6. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Provide technical presentations and consultancy to clients, architects, and consultants.
Support the sales team in technical discussions and negotiations.
Work with procurement to select the best materials and suppliers.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in façade systems, aluminum structures, or curtain walling.
Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in aluminum profiles, system design, structural analysis, and performance testing.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, and other structural analysis tools.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent problem-solving, team management, and negotiation skills.
Regulatory Standards: Knowledge of international standards like ASTM, EN, BS, and local building codes.
Languages: Proficiency in English (Arabic or other regional languages is a plus).
Work Location & Travel:
Based in United Arab Emirates.
Occasional travel required for site inspections, client meetings, and industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 – AED22,000.00 per month
