Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our product portfolio. The HOP will play a critical role in shaping the future of our educational offerings, ensuring they meet market demands and align with our mission. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in the EdTech space by developing products that inspire, engage, and empower learners worldwide.
Applicants will need to be already living in the UAE (or in the process of relocating) and eligible to apply for an 8billionideas UAE labour card.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and execute a product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, market trends, and customer needs.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our product offerings, ensuring they remain best-in-class.
Lead research into emerging technologies, pedagogical advancements, and user behaviours to inform product development.
Refine and republish our Critical Curriculum Framework, ensuring that it remains relevant and compliant throughout all our regions.
Product Development & Execution
Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Collaborate with design, content, studio and educational experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Implement best practices in agile product management, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to market demands.
Market & Customer Insights
Conduct market analysis and user research to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.
Work closely with schools, educators, students, and industry partners to gather feedback and refine our products.
Stay ahead of competitors by identifying trends and differentiating our offerings in the EdTech market.
Leadership & Collaboration
Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure product-market fit and successful go-to-market strategies.
Present product roadmaps, updates, and strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Technology & Data-Driven Decisions
Ensure our technology stack supports scalability, security, and a seamless user experience.
Drive adoption of AI, adaptive learning, and other cutting-edge technologies where appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in a senior product leadership role, ideally within the EdTech or education sector.
Demonstrated success in developing and launching digital products/products that drive engagement and growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in product management, business, technology, education, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Ability to travel nationally or internationally

Pay: AED165,611.00 – AED189,270.00 per year
