Position Overview
We are seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the company’s investment strategy. This position requires a highly analytical professional with a strong background in data analysis, macroeconomic research, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a keen ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights that drive investment decisions and stakeholder communications
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
1. Data Analysis & Research:
· Conduct comprehensive research on real estate market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and investment opportunities across key geographies.
· Utilize regression analysis and other statistical methods to identify patterns, correlations, and risks within investment data.
· Develop and maintain data models to support investment decision-making.
2. Reporting & Presentation:
· Generate monthly and quarterly investor reports, market outlooks, and risk assessments.
· Synthesize findings into high-impact presentations for senior management and board meetings.
· Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and capital allocation.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
· Liaise closely with the finance team to integrate data analysis into broader financial reporting.
· Present findings and recommendations to the Managing Partner and Board Members in a clear and structured manner.
· Collaborate with internal teams to refine investment strategy based on data-driven insights.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
2. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets.
3. Expertise in regression analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling.
4. Proficiency in Excel & data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, R) is preferred.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. High level of professionalism and stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
