Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing Milaha’s online media strategy and compelling content for various online media platforms, including videos, images, and written content.
  • Managing and maintaining social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across different platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Monitoring and analyzing digital media performance metrics and assist in assessing the effectiveness of paid ads campaigns, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of Milaha and its subsidiaries’ web presence; ensuring the security and integrity of the website by coordinating the right application of the security measures such as regular updates, backups and protection against hacking attempts.
  • Collaborating with the marketing specialists to develop digital media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Monitoring and managing the online reputation of Milaha brand and its services.
  • Keeping up with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital media landscape.
  • Design logo/brand and marketing collaterals.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaign.
  • Develop and create collaterals to promote Milaha brand and its products and services including brochures, customer newsletters, animation videos, etc.
  • Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand.
  • Develop and execute brand management plans.
  • Ensure appropriate branding for all events and collateral.
  • Be the brand custodian and responsible for Milaha’s brand internally and externally.
  • Enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications.
  • Drive/support growth in brand awareness, recognition and loyalty across business units.
  • Analyze and support both category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual operating plan goals.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills

  • Education & Professional

    Qualification:

    Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field;
    Digital Media, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts. Degree or sub-specialization in digital communications highly preferred.

  • Professional

    Experience:

    5+ years of experience in digital media.

  • Experience in publishing content on the web.
  • Experience in creation and production (including filming and editing) of digital media products including video and audio (podcasting).
  • Geographic

    Experience:

    Knowledge of best practices for designing effective, engaging, and persuasive content for social media.

  • Computer

    Skills:

    • Graphic Design:
      Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
    • Video Editing:
      Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or iMovie.
    • Content Management Systems (CMS):
      Experience with CMS platforms like Word Press or Drupal.
    • Web Analytics:
      Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track website performance, analyze user behaviour, and derive actionable insights.
    • Email Marketing Tools:
      Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Hub Spot.
    • Advertising Platforms:
      Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business, or Linked In Ads Manager.
    • Basic HTML/CSS:
      Understanding of HTML and CSS coding languages to customize email templates or troubleshoot newsletters formatting issues.
  • Language

    Skills:

    Business fluent Arabic and English (Reading, Writing, Speaking).

  • Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
    • Social Media Management Tools:
      Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite.
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
      Understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting:
      Proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets.
