Tasks and Responsibilities
- Inspect machinery and equipment according to maintenance plans established by management.
- Clean machinery, equipment, and work areas and follow all instructions issued by the direct supervisor.
- Prepare the required tools, equipment, materials, and instruments for inspection, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with the direct supervisor to ensure the availability of required spare parts.
- Apply all workplace health and safety principles and procedures during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with other maintenance teams involved in maintenance and repair activities.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical machinery and equipment according to the instructions of the direct supervisor.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
- Prepare technical reports on the condition and performance of mechanical equipment.
- Train and guide junior workers on basic mechanical maintenance activities.
- Participate in developing and improving preventive maintenance plans for mechanical equipment.
- Maintain professional ethics and prioritize the company’s interests in all activities.
- Perform any other duties within the scope of the position as assigned by the supervisor.
