Mind Stream is hiring a Mechanical Supervisor with strong experience in pumping stations and rotating equipment maintenance.
Key Requirements:
- Mechanical maintenance of pumping stations and pumps
- Preventive & corrective maintenance
- Pump overhaul, shaft alignment & bearing replacement
- Supervision of mechanical maintenance teams
- Experience with work permits (PTW) and safe work practices
- Spare parts management and maintenance planning
