Esnad Contracting Company is looking for a Mechanical QC Supervisor to join our infrastructure project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical quality control activities for piping, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, pumps, valves, and mechanical equipment installation.
- Ensure all mechanical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, Method Statements, ITPs, and applicable codes and standards.
- Coordinate inspections with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors.
- Review and inspect incoming mechanical materials and equipment to ensure compliance with approved submittals and project requirements.
- Monitor and witness mechanical testing activities, including hydrostatic testing, pressure testing, NDT, flushing, equipment alignment, and pre-commissioning.
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs), follow up on corrective actions, and maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection records.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical QC within construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, welding inspections, testing procedures, and QA/QC documentation.
- Familiarity with WIRs, MIRs, ITPs, Method Statements, and NCR management.
- Professional certifications such as CSWIP, AWS, ASNT/NDT, or API are preferred.
- Previous experience in Saudi Aramco, NEOM, SABIC, or Royal Commission projects is preferred.
