Stantec is currently looking for Mechanical Inspector to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications
- The Inspector must have relevant technical qualification and must have not less than 5 years’ experience in the construction and supervision of Sewerage, Drainage and water supply connections and Miscellaneous Works.
- He must also have full and complete knowledge of existing sewerage, drainage and water supply networks in the emirate of Abu Dhabi.
- He must be well experienced in the survey work with modern instruments and in keeping site measurement records.
- He must have well experience in Road Works and permanent reinstatements.
- He must have full knowledge and experience in dealing with existing services.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the conduct of quality inspections with hands on experience of ISO
9000 quality systems. - Solid experience in maintaining relevant records and generating activity reports.
- Experience in identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions
- Experience in visual inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT) and coordinating responses.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
