Job Summary:
We are looking for a Mechanical Inspector to inspect and monitor mechanical equipment and systems, identify abnormal operating conditions, and support preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections of mechanical equipment and production machinery.
- Monitor equipment condition and identify abnormal operation, wear, vibration, or potential failures.
- Conduct and analyze predictive maintenance measurements, including vibration and thermographic inspections.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs and recommend required maintenance actions.
- Conduct periodic inspection rounds and report equipment defects or abnormal conditions.
- Raise and follow up maintenance work requests through the ERP system.
- Support shutdown and overhaul inspections and verify the quality of completed maintenance work.
- Maintain inspection records and equipment condition reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Diploma: 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s: 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment inspection and maintenance.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
