Mechanical Field Service Engineer Jobs in Dammam, Saudi Arabia at –
JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties & Responsibilities:
Travel to Customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test calibrate, upgrade, repair, refurbish ARM/NOV Equipment/products.
Interface with relevant departments to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated, tested, and calibrated.
Prepare Service Report and ARM/NOV document(s)/procedure(s) at the end of the job and summarize the job performed details to the customer.
Train customers on the safe and proper operation of these products.
Investigate reported Equipment/product Problems/NCRs and initiate corrective action.
Conduct field operational analysis and surveys creating reports recommending improvements and optimization of existing and future equipment/products.
Provide Information, reports, feedback, and redline drawings to both customers and ARM/NOV appropriate departments so that correct records of all actions are understood and maintained.
Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.
Participate in NCR investigations.
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
Maintain good relationships with Clients, Suppliers & ARM/NOV global team members.
Comply with all ARM/NOV company QA and HSE policies and procedures.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Technical/functional knowledge.
Knowledge of NOV supplied drilling equipment or industry equipment.
Good analytical skills with the ability for problem solving.

Qualification, knowledge and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant work experience.
