Job Summary:
The Cooperative Training will be given an overview and training in various Engineering functions/verticals. The primary coverage will be on the processes based on a two-month program.
Major Responsibilities:
Students will be learning various systems and procedures which are used by these verticals.
CollaborativeTrainees would be provided training and expected to assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports/activities including developing and utilizing databases, and various other reports.
Shadowing and learning fromexperienced professionalsin the field.
Assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects.
Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
Conducting research and analysis as required.
Contributinginnovativeideas and solutions to ongoing projects.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Students must be in the final stages of graduation.
Bachelor of Science degree program in Mechanical Engineering at an accredited college or university.
Students should qualify to undergo the training as part of the university curriculum.
Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of (2.5 out of
4) or (4 out of
5).
Excellent skills in oral and writtencommunication.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
GoodCommunication Skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable and can maintain a positive and professional attitude under stress.
Ability to work well in a team.
Time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Attention to detailand accuracy.
Adaptabilityandflexibility.
Students should be from the core mechanical engineering field.
Good Academic background.
The Students must know the basic principles and practices.
Problem-solving, entering and verifying data, working knowledge of computers, various software applications, and standard office equipment.
