We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in static and rotary equipment. for one of our clients in UAE to work on exciting projects across oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Design static equipment like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and tanks (ASME, TEMA standards)
• Select and evaluate rotary equipment such as pumps, compressors, and turbines
• Review vendor drawings and technical documents
• Ensure compliance with API standards (API 610, 617, 618, 619)
• Coordinate with teams for equipment installation and commissioning
• Troubleshoot performance, vibration, and mechanical issues
Tools:
PV Elite, Compress, AutoCAD, Caesar II, ANSYS (optional), vibration analysis tools
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of design tools and engineering standards
• Good understanding of equipment reliability and maintenance
• Team player with strong communication skills
