The Mechanical Engineer, as a vital member of the supervision team, must possess a degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university.
Qualifications
- Have at least 20 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 10 years dedicated to supervision work in a similar project’s capacity overseeing mechanical works.
- Exhibit substantial expertise in the design, construction, and supervision of mechanical works, particularly related to pumping stations and force main infrastructure.
- Proficiency in surge analysis and related site tasks, with familiarity of various locations in Dubai for prompt emergency response.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage with the public and coordinate effectively with Dubai Municipality projects.
- Competence in drafting software, Microsoft Office applications, and specialized tools such as WANDA or Water Hammers, coupled with excellent communication abilities in English and decision‑making capacity.
- A valid UAE driving license is also necessary for this role.
