The Role
They are seeking an experienced and skilled Mechanical Engineer Manager to lead our team in various locations worldwide. As a Mechanical Engineer Manager in Oil and Gas and Manufacturing, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems, equipment, and devices used in the oil and gas and manufacturing industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems, equipment, and devices
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Analyze data and prepare reports to inform project decisions

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, design, or related field, preferably in the oil and gas and manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, practices, and regulations, particularly in the oil and gas and manufacturing sectors
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
