Mechanical Engineer – Civil Jobs in Dubai at Loft Contracting LLC
Seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of construction experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in mechanical systems and hands-on site experience in Dubai projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute installation of mechanical systems including:
- Drainage systems
- HVAC installations
- Fire Fighting networks
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and authority requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project progress
- Prepare technical reports, method statements, and work inspections
- Ensure all works meet project quality standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate for approvals with local authorities such as Dubai Municipality, DCD, and other relevant departments
- Troubleshoot site issues and support timely project completion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of mechanical construction experience in Dubai
- Strong knowledge in Drainage, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems
- UAE site experience is mandatory
- Familiar with local authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to join immediately (preferred)
