Talent Acquisition Specialist – MENA Energy & Facility Management
Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality MEP project supervision, with a strong emphasis on HVAC systems, ensuring technical and economic value for clients. The role involves overseeing fit-outs, renovations, and other mechanical works across various sites, coordinating with contractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion in line with approved plans.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure adherence to all QHSE procedures and standards.
Coordinate with HSEQ for SOP creation and incident reporting.
Support incident investigations and implement risk control measures.
Conduct toolbox talks and SOP training sessions.
Schedule and oversee emergency drills and safety training.
Prepare and review project briefs, scopes, and quality plans.
Ensure compliance with HVAC and MEP specifications in shop drawings.
Contribute to departmental strategy and business development through technical evaluations and proposals.
Supervise HVAC and MEP project execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage commissioning processes, including witness testing and documentation handover.
Ensure project goals such as energy efficiency, safety, and operational convenience are achieved.
Provide expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
Identify and resolve operational issues through performance monitoring and data analysis.
Recommend improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
Participate in tender processes, including technical evaluations and documentation.
Draft BOQs, progress reports, and budget variance analyses.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Provide technical support to operations and participate in coordination meetings.
Follow all relevant policies and procedures.
Prepare accurate and timely reports for management review.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5-7 years in MEP project supervision, with a strong focus on HVAC systems.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP coordination.
Familiarity with local authority regulations and permit processes.
Strong project management and planning skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
