About the Role We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to
join our team
at INEX Contracting and Interiors. This role offers the opportunity to work on
diverse
projects within a growing company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, a deep understanding of local regulations, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities Design, implement, and oversee mechanical systems for various construction and interior projects.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Ensure all engineering work complies with local regulations, including obtaining necessary certifications and approvals.
Conduct site assessments and inspections to monitor the progress and quality of work.
Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 4 years of experience working in the UAE.Must have completed the equivalency process for their engineering certificate in the UAE.UAE-based experience in the contracting or interior industry is highly preferred.
Required Skills Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design and engineering principles.
Excellent
communication

teamwork
skills.
Proficient in CAD and other relevant engineering  understanding of local building codes and standards in the UAE.
Problem-solving skills
and
attention to detail

Preferred Skills Holding a practicing engineer’s card issued by the Abu Dhabi Municipality is highly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in mechanical engineering.
