Mechanical Engineer – Fire Fighting
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in Fire Fighting Systems to join our team immediately.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
✔ Must have experience in Fire Fighting Systems
✔ UPDA Certified (Mandatory)
✔ Must have a Valid Qatar Driving License
✔ Knowledge of fire protection system design, installation, testing, and commissioning
✔ Familiar with Qatar Civil Defense (QCD) standards and regulations
✔ Strong technical and problem-solving skills
✔ Immediate joiners are preferred
Job Description:
- Supervise and manage fire fighting system installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning.
- Prepare technical submittals, method statements, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with QCD regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fire fighting systems.
- Review drawings, BOQ, and material specifications for fire fighting works.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements.
